The GARUDA apparatus and matwork syllabi provide a new and improved way to isolate muscle groups and break down motions into targeted moves that can be crucial for those following sports-specific training or undergoing a
rehabilitation programme. It can be used to progress movement and address the functional needs of all ages and abilities.
